These terms govern your use of sozy. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use sozy.
1. The service
sozy is a software service that turns real estate listings into editorial social-media content (carousels, captions, hashtags) and publishes them to your connected Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn accounts when you authorize it.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement. sozy is built for real estate professionals; you are responsible for ensuring the way you use it complies with the rules of your local MLS, state licensing board, and realtor association.
3. Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You agree to provide accurate information when signing up.
- You may not share your account or use someone else's account.
4. Subscription and billing
- sozy is a paid subscription. Current pricing is shown at checkout.
- Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
- You can cancel anytime from your account; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
- Payment is processed by Stripe. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.
- If a charge fails, we may suspend your account until payment is resolved.
Refunds
Within 7 days of your first paid charge, you may request a full refund by emailing hello@sozy.app. After 7 days, charges are non-refundable, but you can cancel future renewals at any time. Annual subscriptions are not pro-rated for partial periods.
5. Content ownership
- You own everything you create. The carousels, captions, and edits you generate in sozy are yours to use, post, and modify however you like.
- You grant sozy a limited license to store, process, and display your content as needed to operate the service (including publishing to platforms you connect).
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to all materials you upload, including listing photos. Don't upload anything you do not have permission to use.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use sozy to:
- Violate fair-housing laws or any other applicable law.
- Misrepresent properties, prices, addresses, or your relationship to them.
- Generate or post content that is fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, or infringing on others' rights.
- Circumvent rate limits, security controls, or platform terms of the social networks you connect.
- Reverse-engineer or scrape sozy itself.
7. AI-generated content
sozy uses AI to draft captions, hooks, and visuals from the data you provide. AI output can occasionally be inaccurate or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing every piece of content before publishing it.sozy is a creative tool, not a compliance checker; we don't guarantee that generated content is accurate, legally compliant, or appropriate for your specific listing.
8. Authorization to publish
When you tap a “post” button in sozy, you authorize us to publish that specific content to the specific platform(s) you select using the access tokens you previously granted. sozy will not post anything you did not initiate. You are responsible for the content you publish.
9. Suspension and termination
- You may close your account at any time.
- We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, abuse the service, or pose a risk to other users.
- On termination, your access ends and your data is handled per our Privacy Policy.
10. Service availability
We work hard to keep sozy fast and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may need to perform maintenance, fix issues, or temporarily restrict features. Third-party services (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Stripe, etc.) may have their own outages we don't control.
11. Disclaimers
sozy is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties — express, implied, statutory — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, that AI output will be accurate, or that your posts will perform.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, sozy and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid sozy in the 12 months preceding the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold sozy harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from content you upload or publish, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced by email and reflected in the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
